Welcome to my website.

I am currently living and working in London, as a statistical consultant. My work is allowing me to combine two of my main interests in life, football and statistics.

In November, 2004, I submitted my Ph.D., after studying from 2001-2004 at the University of Bristol, under  the supervision of Prof. Peter Green. The title was “Towards Reversible Jump Markov Chain Monte Carlo”, and works towards the design of automatic methods to allow non-specialists to apply reversible jump techniques. As part of my Ph.D. I spent six months studying in the Biostatistics Department at the University of Wisconsin, Madison,  USA, under the supervision of Prof. Michael Newton.  For more detail of my research please click on the Research link in the local menu.

Before studying for my Ph.D. I worked as a trainee actuary for a year, first at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and subsequently at MGM Assurance.
